I understand it can be difficult to delegate your family getaway to a travel agent. A vacation is personal and a financial commitment. But, you shouldn't have to stress yourself out to plan it. Work with an expert who has trained, personally visited destinations, and has a relationship with the best travel suppliers in the business. Itinerary Planning
Taking the information you have given me from our consultation call, I will work on your customized itinerary. I will help you with tours, excursions, Disney dining reservations, airport transfers, and anything else you may need for your specific vacation. You will also receive any instructions needed for your travels in your itinerary. I want your vacation to be as smooth and stress free as possible.

Advance Reservations and Transfers
Whether it's dining reservations for your Disney vacation or transfers needed for your cruise, I will take care of it for you. Strollers, cribs, scooters, and more will be reserved for you in advance. Your vacation should be as stress free as possible.

Dedicated Support
You won't have the frustration of having to explain your entire vacation over and over to the 1-800 agent that picks up the phone. You will work directly with me. I will know not only the details of your vacation, but get to know your family's travel style and unique needs. Mix that in with my years of travel knowledge and experience and you get a vacation customized for you.

Saving You Time and Money
Vacation destinations are constantly changing. It's my job to keep up with all the details so you don't have to spend endless hours researching. (Plus, not everything on Pinterest is up to date.) Not only do I save you time, I can save you money on your vacation. I monitor discounts and promotions as they are released to see if I can save you money on your vacation - and you don't have to do a thing!

Complete your
Client Travel Profile
After our call, I will send an email recapping your "must do" items for your vacation. You will complete a quick profile form to help me customize your travel proposal with all the information needed for your trip.

Make Deposit and Begin Planning
You will receive a full proposal to look over. If no edits need to be made, it is time to put all the reservations in place and make the deposits. From there, I will be in touch to guide you through every step - before, during, and after travel.
Do you book flights?
If the flights can be bundled with your vacation package, I will book the flights. I do not handle flights individually.
What destinations do you plan?
My specialties are Disney destinations, various cruise lines, Universal Studios Orlando, and European tours and cruises. Have I planned other types of travel? Absolutely! Always ask and I will be be completely upfront with you.
Do you book AirBnB or VRBO rentals?
I do not.
Can you help me if I have already booked my vacation?
There are instances where your reservation can be transferred to me - usually if you paid your deposit in the last 30 days and your reservation is not paid in full. Reach out to see if I can heIp. I do not advise on any reservation that was not made directly through Vacations by Joy.
